Boulder, Colorado is the perfect place to have a wedding! Breathtaking views are less than 15 minutes away and you get a picture perfect view no matter where you look. Boulder has a wide variety of different wedding venues, from industrial to modern to chic to mountain side to historical. These are some of the reason Matt and Alexa decided to have their summer wedding in Boulder, Colorado!

Matt and Alexa decided they were going to have their summer wedding at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield, just fifteen minutes from Boulder. This was the perfect venue for an elegant wedding on a golf course, while also being convenient since most of their guests were coming from out of state.

About a year before their wedding, Alexa and Matt hired me to take some engagement photos at the Flatirons in Boulder. This location was only about fifteen minutes from the Omni allowing us to jump in a party bus and drive to do the bridal party pictures at the same location! Immediately I thought, “Let’s do it!”

One of the many reasons I enjoyed working with Matt and Alexa was for their sense of adventure. They are always down for a good time and can really be the life of the party!
